Vegan.
Just a little bit of information I thought I would share with you.
For me it’s not just the kindest way to live, but the most environmentally friendly way to live.
It’s also the cheapest way to live.
Vegan means no meat, fish or dairy products.
I was watching this great video on the subject, from 1976!
I think it’s one of the best on the subject so far…a little dated, I know, but really informative!
Take the time to watch it…it’s in 3 parts…
Well done on becoming vegan, all the new tastes and ingredients are a wonderful discovery and adventure x

Well done for your committment to animal welfare by adopting a strict vegan diet. Whilst supporting this most worthy of principles, I remain a partial vegetarian; eating fish but not meat. However, the idea of being totally vegetarian is becoming increasingly compelling….. Well done too for your Blog of the Year nomination – it is much deserved.

Thanks, Christine.
It’s all really exciting really, to think that we are evolving a higher consciousness in even considering these life choices. We really do live in interesting times!
Blessings,
Colx
