I have always regarded 13 as a powerful number for me as a mother; my first born daughter was born on the 13th (Friday) of the same month I was born on the 31st. Her fist born son, my first born grandchild was born on the 13th. My father and Nana both have birthdays on the 13th of the following month. I had 3 children who were breastfed for a total of 13 years.
