1. I love love love your Irish Christmas blessing! I love Christmas, and Yule and Advent, and Winter Solstice. And any other sacred holiday that brings us together in joy and in love. They are all symbols for love and gratitude and celebration of life. The symbols may fall into the whirlwind of commercialism but they will emerge on the other side of the storm in all their original wonder. The wonder of love, and gratitude, of caring for others less fortunate, and sharing, of honoring the gifts of nature and of life. A time to express love and be grateful to the Divine by whatever name we call it.
