The Easiest to Grow Vegetables and Fruit from Bealtaine Cottage

Blackcurrants…the gardens at Bealtaine are infested with them!
I have grown all of my Blackcurrant bushes from seed or cuttings!
I have a surplus of Blackcurrant cuttings at the moment and these are offered for sale at this link…

  1. Hello Colette,me ole warrior…
    I planted three trees,saplings…

    ‘Arise today
    Through the strength of heaven:
    Light of sun,
    Radiance of moon,
    Splendour of fire,
    Speed of lightning,
    Swiftness of wind,
    Depth of sea,
    Stability of earth,
    Firmness of rock’

    Good cheer my friend.
    😉

  2. Hi Colette, I am at my cottage in Connemara and would be really interested in purchasing some of your cuttings , seeds and anything else you may have .Just starting my garden on a bit of land that is now cleared ready for planting. I am also wanting some trees(a bit late I know but the weather has been so bad I am behind with planting). Would I be able to make arrangements with you to come over and pick up whatever you have available? I also want to subscribe to your blog but have problems with pay pal as I have an Australian bank account. Many thanks Sandy Can come over any time that is convenient for you.

    • Hi Sandy, So sad to say that all my time is tied up until after May 1st. I am involved in a daily commitment of care at present, which means whatever spare I have is spent working on the land. I can post whatever you need and you can send me a cheque… Email me with a list… coletteoneill2010@hotmail.com

  3. Swiss chard and blackcurrants grow really well for me too. I let one of my Swiss chard plants bolt each year and it sets seed everywhere. I’ve got it coming up in the cracks in my patio!

  4. Hi again! I just sent the money for a bundle of black current cuttings. Thank You. Kelly Tallent On Feb 29, 2016 8:06 AM, “Bealtaine Cottage” wrote:
