Photographs and Text from my patrons…
Saw this poignant little image on my walk this morning. A once great tree sadly felled some time ago (stump must be at least 5 feet across and cut years ago). But out of that carnage an intrepid new life now springs. I can’t help but think Mother Earth sending a small sign of light in what feels like dark times – life springs again from carnage as the wheel turns.

Feels like -8C this morning and at first I didn’t see them as I prepared my tea at the kitchen sink as they are blending into the grayness. My fluffed up morning doves staring at me wondering when I’ll get around to tossing more seed.

Beautiful birds! Florida USA is starting to see the migrating birds 🐦 from up North. The weather here is very pleasant here in December! 🎄
