Due to significant increases in international shipping costs and the recent changes to U.S. customs regulations, I have unfortunately had to adjust the way physical paperback books are priced.

To keep orders moving smoothly, and avoid any unexpected delays or fees at the border, shipping charges are added to checkout once your country has been selected.
