PPWR = Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation

As part of the issues and unclarity surrounding the recent PPWR regulations imposed by European Parliament, and its impact on small businesses in the European market, I have sent letters to all members of European Parliament who represent my area.  I encourage all affected parties to do the same in the hopes that some clarity and appropriate action can be taken that taken small businesses into account. 

In the meantime, I am required to post the following disclaimer:  

PPWR Compliance Statement: This undertaking does not meet the definition of “Producer” under the PPWR. All packaging placed on the Irish market is supplied by an Irish‑based Producer who retains full Extended Producer Responsibility. As a micro‑enterprise acting solely as a distributor/end‑user, our obligations are limited to maintaining procurement records, ensuring use of compliant packaging, and adhering to applicable PPWR labelling requirements.

General Shipping Information:

Although every effort is made to process orders as soon as they come in, please note that on occassion orders may have to be fulfilled at the end of a week or the following Monday. Shipping dates may therefore vary on that basis.
